Washington State University Attn: Shawn Paulson Engineering and Architecture Career Fair It is imperative that you mark your materials with "Engineering and Architecture" and have your company name clearly marked on the package, this will ensure your materials are delivered correctly. Pre-shipped materials will be accepted after 9/22/09. We are unable to accept shipments prior to this date. Federal Express is our preferred carrier. If you use another carrier, please note that your displays will go to central receiving prior to delivery so please allow extra time for this. Return shipment of materials is available, packages will ship from Pullman on 10/8/2009. We use Federal Express. All return paperwork (including account number) must be completed for return shipment. If you would like to use another carrier we will have the materials in the appropriate place for pick up, but will not schedule pick up as the restrictions of other carriers limit our ability to do this. All materials will need to be appropriately packaged and all return paperwork (including account number) must be complete on the shipping label. **IMPORTANT** DHL does not ship directly to Pullman, please consider this prior to shipping your materials |
