CEA Technical Career Fair Tuesday, October 6, 2009 Upon receipt of payment, the contact person listed on the registration will be sent a confirmation packet. Important: Please be sure that the contact person is the individual you wish to receive all official information and correspondence. Refund Policy: On or before September 8, 2009, you will receive a full refund less a $50.00 processing fee deducted from your refund. After that date the processing fee for cancelled registration goes up to $175. NO REFUNDS will be granted for cancellations after Monday, September 21, 2009 or if you fail to show for the Career Fair. There are no refunds for no shows. To see a current map of booth locations please click here. Please send us an email with your preferred both location, we cannot guarantee any spots but will do our best to accommodate you. Your booth location will not be finalized until your payment is received. Shipping: Pre-shipped materials will be accepted anytime after 9/22/09; we are unable to accept shipments prior to this date. The registration fee of $375.00 includes the following: · One 4’ X 8’ table, two chairs if you need additional room please consider reserving two spaces) · Continental breakfast · Lunch for two recruiters (additional lunches are $10 each) · Receipt and storage of pre-shipped materials · Return shipment coordination of materials (please see below for shipping requirements) · Free parking for one (1) vehicle · Promotional advertising · Assistance with booth set up · Access to countless students from Washington State University and other regional universities
