Q: How can I have my name added to the list to receive information about the Career Fair? A: All you have to do is send an e-mail to Robin Bielenberg at robinb@wsu.edu requesting your name be added to the mailing list. Write “CAREER FAIR MAILING LIST” on the subject line. Please be sure to include the company name, contact person and title, address, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address. Q: How do I register for the Career Fair? A: Online registration, go to the link http://www.cea.wsu.edu/careerfair/registration and register; we will invoice you for the fees and you will have 30 days to pay. You may also send your registration form into the College. You can also request that an information packet be sent to you, which will include a registration form, or you can print out the online form and mail or fax it in to us. Q: What is the last date I can register for the Career Fair? A: We will accept your registration up until the day of the Career Fair. However, the cost of attending the fair is increased and some of the benefits are lost. Please note that we often sell out, consider registering early to ensure your spot. Q: What is the cost of attending the Career Fair? A: The cost of registration is $375. Q: Are there any benefits to early registration? A: Aside from the lower cost of attending, your early registration will get your company’s profile onto the CEA Technical Career Fair web site and into the “Company Profile Book,” which is distributed to all students attending the Career Fair. You will also get a better booth location. Q: What are the registration payment options? A: Checks are the preferred method of payment. Please have your check made out to CEACC. We are able to take a Visa or a MasterCard number over the telephone. Please contact Robin Bielenberg at 509-335-3342 to make your payment. Q: Do you offer refunds to companies that cancel or are “No Shows” on the day of the fair? A: We offer refunds under some conditions. We are able to offer a full refund, less a $50 processing fee, up until September 8, 2009. After that date the processing fee for cancelled registration goes up to $175. NO REFUNDS will be granted for cancellations after Monday, September 21, 2009 or if you fail to show for the Technical Career Fair. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to robinb@wsu.edu. We do not offer refunds to companies who are “No Shows” on the day of the fair. |
